It is best to call for most orders. There are some items that can be placed online. The online ordering feature is still under construction, so we apologize for any issues you may have. Certain items do need to be ordered over the phone, like tents for example. Tents require a lot of information to ensure we can provide the desired outcome. It may be best to call for larger events. This will also give us the opportunity to ask key questions that will help your event go off as planned.

We have an automatic "blanket" damage waiver built into every order, it's an additional 10% of the order total. This covers all damage to all items, unless an item has its own separate waiver. Customers have the option to remove this "blanket" waiver, but items with separate waivers are not removable. if the "blanket" waiver is removed, by doing so the customer is assuming full responsibility for any damages that happen.
